I´ve been away for a while now, but i´m extremely busy with school and my upcoming prom that i completely forgot about the blog. Now i would love to share with you some films that i´ve been watching; if there is something i love in movies is the fact that they touch me deeply and i just want to give you a sneak peak of the latest films i have seen (for the first time and some for the 10th time)

Persepolis is my favourite film of all times; i remember the first time i saw it, as soon as it ended I saw it again. I don´t know why it´s so especial, possibly because i love black&white films but also there is this adorable scene where the main character Marjane sings Eye of the Tiger and it´s so memorable! I saw this film for the 5th time, but i never get tired of it.

Bronson is a masterpiece that i recently discovered.
Directed by Nicolas Winding Refn and starring Tom Hardy, the films talks about Charlie Bronson, Britain´s most notorious prisioner.
This film is so breathtaking, the music, the artistic feel of it and the amazing performance in this one scene where Tom plays both a secretary and himself is amazing; i just love this sort of crazy and different kind of movie.

I waited so long to see Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy and it was worth the wait.
To be extremely honest with you I got really confused at the end, but anyway, I loved the film!
George Smiley is one of my favourite characters ever and the cast in this film is really good-, there´s nothing that memorable to me, but if you are lookig forward to get completely caught in a film, this is definetly the one for you.

My good! A film that had no voices, instead the most amazig music ever!
The Artist completely blew my mind, i was expecting to get bored but instead i was so cought up in the film I just forgot I was watching a silent movie.
The music by Ludovic Bource is amazing, i mean, it is incredible and i adds the perfect tone to the movie; the clothes, the glamour, the story, the directing and the perfomances are perfect and that scene at the very end where George and Peppy tap dance is complete perfection, do not miss this amazing film!

To be honest with you, I tought this film was going to suck, but instead this film gave me what i love, a great story and many tears...
Probably the reason why I love this films so much is because it hits close to home; it´s a very personal subject to me and the perfomances are amazing, specially Nick Nolte, a scene that i´m sure i´ll never forget is when Nolte says Ahab to his son; the way he said it and the context of it is perfect and that scene when Tommy puts his dad to sleep is so touching i just melted; please watch this film, you will not be dissapointed.

This are only some of the films i´ve seen in the last weeks, but fashion has not been forgotten!

TEA

Lately i've foud myself cravig for some tea all the time, so i started to do some research if havig tea had a dow side, but i foun out that having tea was a huge part of a healthy and complete diet.

Anyway, i have decided to add tea into my everyday diet, and my plan is to take a cup of tea before school, then i'll have cold tea at school, and then back at home i'll have some more tea.
This is not like a tea diet to lose weight or anything like that, i just want to add tea in my life just becaus i love it so much; i guess im kinda addicted to it...

THE COLLEGE JOURNEY

Im very sorry i haven't posted in a long time, and probably you are expecting me to talk about fasion, but i need to get something out.
This is my senior year, and im so incredibly sad because i really wished i had my parent support.
Over the years i've always been the little one, the one that gets everythig just because she is pretty and has money, but sorry to say it, but that's just a hole lot of shit!.
i´ve had to struggle with comparissons since the day i was born, "oh her sister is smarter thatn you", "she is a doctor but what are you".
Now that i am about to choose my college i was really expecting my parents to help me out, i out of everyone i wanted, no, i needed them to see how different i am, and that the mistakes she made, the stuff she lived, just the way she is, is not happenin to me.
I want to go to the best school possible, and i know i may sound like a bitch saying this, but there are certain things i need in order to be a good student, is not like im asking for a car or a brand new house, everything that i was asking for was to have my own apartment, maybe share it with a friend; but since my sister stayed at a students home im supposed to do that too.
I am really dissapointed in my parents because they can't see me for who i am.
To be honest with you i have a huge shell that prevents me from getting hurt, sometimes i do act a little distant and i dont talk to anyone, that does not mean that i do that on purpose, or that i'm rude, it's just my way of not getting hurt and i really wish i could say that to my parents but they probably would think that those are some crazy excuses.
I don't know if is their age or the way they were raised, but they don't seem to trust me, they see me as that little stupid girl who is only good at looking good and im over that!
I have tried to prove my value to them, but i should't do that, they should see trough me because they are my parents and they are suposeed to know me better that anyone else, i really fell like im trapped in what they want....and in top of that im grounded for a little party that i had... i really need some advice please i would love to hear you

Shopping must wait

I've been away for a while enjoying my vacations and just relaxing...
i have the worst luck ever, and the day that i took to do some shopping, a lot of stores that i love were closed, then i was planning on taking another shopping trip but thanks to my mom, that won't be possible either.
I really wanted to do a post about my shopping spree, but i guess that must wait; at least i would love to show you some things that i am inloved with and some of my shopping insipration and some of my personal shopping rules.

Color blocking is so popular right now and i'm absolutely inspired by this gucci collection.

I love white outfits, but i love when the fabrics create a wonderfull constrast between them, which takes me to my first rule about shopping "different fabrics", i believe on buying pieces with a different texture and cuter fabrics, even though it may be a little more expensive, but its worth it.

I'm normally not very into hippie pieces, but lately i've found myself really inspired by hippie fashion, i think hippie pieces are normally defined by the way they fit, so here goes my rule number 2 "the fit", the way the clothes fit to your body can certainly define the way we feel, so its important that no matter what, the way the clothes fit, must be confortable and we must like the way it looks o us.

The nude trend has been around for a very long time, but its not going anywhere i absolutely adore this trend,and its perhaps my favourite one.

I've always been obsessed over vintage photos like this one, its not necesarely that obvious why this isnpires me, but i love everything that has to do with vintage, and also its nice and refreshing to see this photos while shopping(because i use this photos as a backround photo in my phone).

i'm loving this glasses, and i adore the cateye effect, but here we go with anoter rule "the shape", the shape of our face defines the kind of glasses we should wear, but there are sometimes were we must wear certain thins no matter what.

Last but not least, and this has nothing to do with shopping, its big hair!
Thankfully i have a lot of hair, and it is naturally wavy; but i adore the hair in this picture above.
