Lately i've foud myself cravig for some tea all the time, so i started to do some research if havig tea had a dow side, but i foun out that having tea was a huge part of a healthy and complete diet.
Anyway, i have decided to add tea into my everyday diet, and my plan is to take a cup of tea before school, then i'll have cold tea at school, and then back at home i'll have some more tea.
This is not like a tea diet to lose weight or anything like that, i just want to add tea in my life just becaus i love it so much; i guess im kinda addicted to it...
